For New Members at Librivox
This page is dedicated to helping new users begin their journey at Librivox.
The first step for most new members wil be to create and submit a 1-Minute Test. This of course requires the reader to have a microphone, and a computer to record with. We'll briefly touch on microphone selection before mvoing on to recording technique.
Microphone Selection The microphone is sometimes an obstacle. Without mandating a certain type of microphone, it can reasonably be stated that the better the microphone, the better you are going to sound, and the easier it will be to sound good.
