I PM the user to see if he still has the link and can post it. If he has not saved the link after uploading, the only thing seems to ask the Media Coordinator, since the file gets sent to his folder. (However, if the MC can't find a file in his folder without the link, the user will have to upload the file again).

My answers to the BC Readiness Quiz

1. A reader claims he has uploaded a file, but doesn't include the link. What do you do?

I PM the user to see if he still has the link and can post it. If he has not saved the link after uploading, the only thing seems to ask the Meta Coordinator, since the file gets sent to his folder. (However, if the MC can't find a file in his folder without the link, the user would have to upload the file again).

Using GoogleDocs to display the text and instructions for each section

  • set the title of the page to Author, Book Title - Chapter/Section/Paragraph number xx
  • add the appropriate LibriVox introduction above the text, and the closing words below the text

(do a word count and time estimate)

"Make the sections as short as you can, or have at least some shorter sections to get the project moving." " Find a suitable point in the narrative to split the text. "
